Notes:

Of the more than 200 candidate sites, this is only, I think, the 11th protected area declared by the Philippine Congress since the National Integrated Protected Areas System of the county was passed in 1992. However, most if not all protected areas declared by the Congress have no sufficient regular appropriation with minimal personnel assigned to protect these areas.  Most of the laws passed by Congress for protected areas did not bring some meaningful provisions because they contain basically what NIPAS Law already provides.

  1. I’m really enjoying the design and layout of your website. It’s a very easy on the eyes which makes it much more pleasant for me
to come here and visit more often. Did you hire out a designer to create your theme?

    Outstanding work!
